1. The fit between the inner diameter of the radial bearing and the shaft, under normal load without impact force, is recommended to choose H7 level tolerance level for shafts with an inner diameter less than 100.
2. The fit between the outer diameter of the radial bearing and the bearing seat, under normal load without impact force, is recommended. For bearing seats with an outer diameter less than 120, a tolerance level of H7 is recommended.
3. Choose a clean and dry place before installation, and keep the workplace and tools clean.
4. Only open the bearing packaging before installation, and the bearings do not need to be cleaned.
5. When installing bearings, under no circumstances should the bearing rings, cages, rolling elements, or seals be directly struck. The force must never be transmitted from the inner ring to the outer ring or from the outer ring to the inner ring through the rolling element, otherwise it may cause damage to the raceway.
6. Use a sleeve that contacts both the inner and outer ring faces simultaneously, with the contact surface on the same plane. The outer diameter of the sleeve should be smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing, and the inner diameter of the sleeve should be larger than the inner diameter of the bearing. Use hammering or hydraulic methods to ensure that pressure is applied simultaneously to the inner and outer rings of the bearing. Install the bearings in the appropriate position. When striking, it should be applied evenly on the bearing ring as much as possible to prevent the bearing from tilting or tilting.
