On the afternoon of February 21, 2024, Haining Kove Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. organized a "resumption of work safety education and training" to start a good start and take a good step towards safety production in the new year, continuously improve the safety production awareness of all employees, ensure orderly resumption of work after the Spring Festival, and return to a good working state and mental state as soon as possible. All cadres, employees, and safety management personnel of the company participated in the training.

Firmly establish the concept of safety production

At the training meeting, all staff watched the safety warning education film for resuming work and production. Zhang Xi from the Administration and Human Resources Department summarized typical accident cases in the warning education film and listed unsafe behaviors that are prone to occur after the holiday as well as safety precautions to be taken during work, emphasizing the importance of safety production. Company employees must fully recognize the seriousness and urgency of current safety production work, adjust their work status, focus on returning to their original position, and exert full enthusiasm, concentrating their thoughts and energy on safety production work. At the same time, all employees of the enterprise should firmly establish a sense of safety production and effectively implement safety production responsibilities.

07 The on-site person in charge must implement the "six musts" of work responsibilities: the "pre shift meeting" must emphasize safety, ensure unobstructed escape routes, eliminate "three violations" during on-site operations, implement on-site supervision for dangerous operations, be present to analyze and judge abnormal situations, and respond quickly.

08 The "Six Musts" for on-site work responsibilities of frontline employees: must comply with job operating procedures, special operation personnel must hold certificates to work, must check safety before starting work, must remember evacuation routes, must "avoid" to a safe area at the first time, and must "report" the situation and seek help in a timely manner.

Properly manage safety

As the saying goes, "If you don't take safety seriously, accidents will cause you some trouble." In 2024, the company will implement departmental professional management responsibilities: each functional department should follow the principle of "managing industry must manage safety, managing business must manage safety, and managing production and operation must manage safety" and "whoever is in charge is responsible", refine the specific work measures that their department is responsible for, improve operational monitoring indicators, regularly conduct monitoring and analysis, and timely correct deviations. The security department should strictly fulfill its supervision and management responsibilities from the perspective of system operation management.

Next, the company will conduct eight major safety inspections, namely: safety management, factory environment, workshop environment, distribution room, electrical wiring, special equipment, fire equipment, and warehouse. Strictly carry out the company's safety production management work, strengthen and enhance the safety production awareness of all employees, ensure that no safety accidents occur in 2024, and tighten the "safety valve" for the company's production work in 2024.
